MATTY RIDES 3 WINNERS IN 9 DAYS!

The last day for the FEGENTRI season for gentlemen jockeys being hosted at Baden-Baden in Germany has seen Matthew Smith ride a winner for Great Britain, giving him a tally of three winners in nine days!

Congratulations to Matty, who rode a winner at Ludlow over hurdles on 12th October, a winner at Plumpton in a maiden hurdle 4 days later, and a winner on the flat in Germany on 21st October. On Matty’s last day riding for FEGENTRI this was a great way for him to go out in a blaze of British glory!Unfortunately Matty’s run of good fortune came to an end when he dislocated his shoulder in his second ride of the day over fences at Baden-Baden. We all wish him a swift recovery and a speedy return to the saddle.
